MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a Virtual Pharmacy Assistants!
Work Schedule and Arrangement: Flexible, Remote, Shift is within Pharmacy hours (10:30PM-9:00AM)
Responsibilities:
Clean up faxes and electronic requests
Answer phone calls
Process refills/new prescriptions
Follow pharmacist’s instructions
Process admissions
Contact doctors/facilities for clarifications
Requirements:
A graduate of BS in Pharmacy or a Registered Pharmacist
Familiarity with Pharmacy SIG codes
6 months experience in a BPO healthcare account is a plus
Excellent English proficiency with strong communication skills
35 wpm or faster
Computer literacy (GMail, Google Sheets)
Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
Willingness to work overtime is a plus
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
Monthly salary of 15,000 – 20,000 (depending on BPO healthcare experience)
New hire bonus of 5,000
