· Demonstrate self-motivation and autonomy.
· Appreciate the freedom to set their own schedule, showcasing excellent time management skills.
· Have the capability to distill complex subjects into easily understandable and applicable information.
· Be open to covering a wide range of topics, even if more specialized in certain areas.
· Enjoy the process of teaching, training, and working both one-on-one and in a team environment.
· Be familiar with technology (basic knowledge of Zoom, social media, and other tech tools).
