Job Description
Experian Software Solutions (ESS) builds a creative and market-leading global portfolio of software products focused on Analytics, Decisioning, and Fraud use cases. ESS software unlocks the value of data for our clients.
The ESS Strategic Execution & Operational Excellence team is looking for outstanding people to accomplish the vision of ESS. As the Senior Director of Strategic Execution, you will foster transparency, accountability, and global collaboration, ensuring agreement and execution of ESS’s strategic goals.
You will report to the SVP of Strategic Execution & Operational Excellence.
You’ll:

Regional Relationships:

Maintain trust with regional and ESS leaders and teams to ensure concerns are promptly shared and addressed.

Facilitate sharing best practices and lessons learned across regions to enhance efficiency and speed to market.

Work with ESS leaders to implement communications with regional teams.

Strategic Initiative Portfolio Management:

Partner with ESS leadership team to define the portfolio of strategic programs, establishing criteria and a change process.

Create a framework for execution of strategic programs with appropriate governance, oversight and escalation of issues.

Engage with initiative sponsors and leaders to identify and remove barriers to success.

Oversee direct program management responsibilities to move forward the agenda for high-priority initiatives.

QAS Coordination:

Manage QAS logistics to ensure agreement on ESS operating rhythms.

Help finalize agendas for each call with ESS and regional partners.

Oversee collation of decks by ESS and regional teams.

OKR Implementation across ESS SLT and teams

Facilitate quarterly OKR reviews with the ESS CEO and Senior Leadership Team.

Provide expertise and influence in the development, optimization, and execution of OKRs.

Ascend Technology Platform (ATP):

Provide leadership and influence to support the use of ATP across all regions.

Establish practical governance frameworks to oversee plans and ensure agreement on strategic goals, including applying the OKR framework.

Operating Model and Ways of Working

Support ESS and regional teams in clarifying and streamlining the ESS global/regional operating model.

Contribute to the design and enhancement of the ESS operating model and ways of working.

Other activities:

Establish and standardize processes for launching and scaling new ESS products across the enterprise, collaborating with ESS and regional teams, and becoming a trusted resource and ‘go to’ person for guidance.

Contribute as a member of the Strategic Execution and Operational Excellence team, participating in initiatives to fulfill collective goals and responsibilities.

Qualifications
Your background:

15+ years of experience in program and project management, focusing on technology delivery and team leadership.

Experience leading programs in a multinational environment.

Expertise in leading and developing teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Experience in a technology company, adapting and innovating in dynamic settings.

In-depth knowledge of ESS products, capabilities, and platforms, combining business and technical insights.

Collaborative and consultative mindset, promoting teamwork and partnership throughout the company.

Experience facilitating workshops and promoting cross-team collaboration.
