Description:
Security Compliance Project Specialist & Trainer will, in collaboration with Directors, manage the overall quality, compliance, and performance of client sites. They will be responsible for ensuring that the Security Division complies with all security regulations and standards. This role involves developing, implementing, and managing security compliance projects, as well as conducting training for the division on best practices and procedures. The duties listed below are representative of the general duties of the role and are not an exhaustive list. Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
Responsibilities:

Design management and execution of training exercises and assessments.

Lead security compliance projects from initiation to completion.

Assist in the development and revision of security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Stay informed of emerging trends in school security and compliance, and recommend updates to policies as needed.

Maintain accurate records of compliance assessments, training sessions, and project outcomes.

Prepare reports for company and division leadership and relevant stakeholders on compliance status and training effectiveness.

Write and deliver concise, accurate and thorough reports on all activities.

Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met

Monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery methods and procedures

Perform quality audits and assessments, and analyzing data to evaluate the division’s performance

Train employees on compliance requirements and designing ongoing training programs

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications

Preferred: EMT certifications/ license

Preferred: Experience working with/ in schools

Military and/or security experience

Strong project management skills and experience leading compliance initiatives

Experience in developing and delivering training materials and modules

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and engage diverse audiences

Ability to work independently and to make decisions

Proactive mindset.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to travel 25%

Strong time management experience required with the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously

Ability to work in a team-oriented management environment with the ability to work independently
