Adfix is a bustling boutique agency that’s passionate about growing DTC brands and retailers globally. We’re on the lookout for a Senior Retention Marketer to join our team and take our clients’ email and SMS marketing strategies to the next level.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the direction of the new department and build it alongside our founder & CEO, with the potential to grow into the Head of Department as we expand the team.
Responsibilities
Increase customer lifetime value (Increase sales from existing email & sms lists, improved customer retention, decreasing customer churn)
Grow email & sms lists
What You’ll Do
Create and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns across multiple platforms and tools, including Klaviyo, Postscript
Work with our Creative team to design and create copies that drive action and conversions
Create and execute segmentation strategies to target specific customer segments
Perform A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to optimize results
Monitor deliverability and inbox placement rates to ensure high deliverability
Collaborate with the paid media team to align email and SMS campaigns with other marketing channels
Requirements
3+ years of experience in email and SMS marketing, preferably within the ecommerce or retail industry
Proficient in email marketing platforms – Klaviyo & Postscript is preferred
Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and automation
Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure campaign performance metrics
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
