Join our client’s team as a QA Engineer! We’re on the lookout for someone with dedication and an eagle eye for detail to ensure top-notch software products. As an integral part of the team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of their IT Operations software products.
Collaborate closely with their dynamic scripting team to meticulously validate script functionality and product features through QA testing. You’ll have the opportunity to design and implement test cases for both our new and existing software products.
Responsibilities:
Immerse yourself in their suite of products and become an in-house guru on their IT software solutions. Shape the future of MSPs and IT teams by delving into user requirements, scrutinizing product usability, and providing invaluable feedback.
Take charge of comprehensive software testing to ensure flawless feature releases. Develop and maintain meticulous test plans, ensuring compliance across all platforms.
Craft detailed reports on software quality and functionality post-thorough testing.
Propose enhancements to current testing methodologies, tools, and processes to refine and evolve our QA practices continually.
Collaborate closely with our developers, product managers, and leaders.
Must-have Requirements:
3+ years’ experience with Manual Testing is required.
2+ yearsโ experience, knowledge, and utilization of PowerShell/Bash/Batch/Python etc.
Recent experience with operating Systems: Windows and either MacOS or Linux operating systems are required.
Recent Database Experience: Experience working in databases including PostgreSQL, SQL, and MySQL.
Recent Experience with VMโs (virtual machines)
Advanced English Level
Automation testing experience and Jira experience are a big plus
