The Role
Responsibilities:
Manage the entire project lifecycle
Communicate and assign new projects to vendors and discuss delivery dates
Communicate each project’s requirements to the translation teams
Contact the client regarding any project-related issues or translator queries
Maintain quality standards and check client’s instructions.
Ideal Profile
About you:
3 years of experience in project management in the translation industry
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Ideally C1)
CAT Tools/TMS Familiarity: Exposure to tools like Phrase, memoQ, Trados, Crowdin, XTM, or Lokalise
Based in Latin America or Eastern Europe
Autonomous and proactive
Good communicator and open to feedback
Results-oriented
