Job Opening: Administrative Assistant to the Partner (Remote Position)
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to one of our company’s Partners. This role will primarily involve assisting with various tasks related to the management of multiple multi-unit apartment properties, as well as handling any other tasks that the Partner doesn’t have time to complete. The ideal candidate will serve as a key administrative resource, helping to ensure that all tasks are handled with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Partner with a variety of administrative and property management tasks.
Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, and handle time-sensitive tasks.
Take notes and maintain detailed records of meetings and communications.
Support the Partner with property management tasks related to multi-unit apartment complexes.
Ensure all assignments are completed in a timely and accurate manner, with close attention to detail.

Qualifications:
Exceptional proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential.
Strong skills in office software and experience with meeting minutes and documentation.
Must be extremely detail-oriented, as the Partner is highly meticulous in reviewing tasks and information.
Ability to stay organized and handle multiple priorities at once.
Proactive and able to anticipate the Partner’s needs, providing seamless support.

Work Hours:
The role requires availability from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Central Time (U.S.).
There will be opportunities for breaks during quieter periods, but the Assistant must be available to complete important tasks promptly.
Occasional overtime may be required based on the Partner’s needs.
