Key Responsibilities
Source, identify, and attract qualified candidates for diverse roles within the Nordic markets.
Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experiences, and cultural fit.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific recruitment needs.
Utilize social media and various job boards to execute effective talent sourcing strategies.
Guide candidates through the hiring process, providing insights and advice.
Present qualified candidates to clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their qualifications.
Requirements
Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven with a proven ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
