French Speaking UX Support Engineer
Location: Budapest (HQ in 9th district)
Service Window: M-Fri 7.00 AM – 7.00 PM – 1 office day per week
Trial period: 2-3 office days per week
Requirements:
High School degree
Fluent French (close to native level) skills
Upper-intermediate English skills
Residence permit or EU citizenship
Min. of 2 years of experience in solving IT problems
Flexible, and dynamic personality
Customer-centricity mindset, and problem-solving skills
If you join them, your responsibilities will be:
Monitor and enhance end-user digital experiences
Analyze and identify patterns in digital performance
Conduct regular system health checks and create proactive performance improvements
Manage and resolve critical high-priority tickets
Coordinate with resolver groups for maintenance and issue resolution
Alert engineers and leads to prevent SLA breaches
Collaborate with partners and vendors for optimal service delivery
Provide top-tier technical remote support and incident management
Contribute to account reviews and continuous service improvement
Provide insights and recommendations on internal processes, workflows, and knowledge management
Ensure high-quality customer service and handle additional project tasks as needed
