Senior Marketing Specialist (Remote)

We are looking for a motivated marketing specialist. Remote position requires some US business hours availability. Your application subject line MUST read: “I actually read the instructions”. The marketing specialist will focus mostly on one client in the water and wastewater sector, that has over ten companies in its portfolio.

Salary
Senior Marketing Specialist starting at $10/hour. We expect 20 hours per week. We can increase hours over time based on your different skills and volume of work. We expect you to learn new skills and grow your responsibilities over time.
Core Responsibilities
– Manage digital asset updates across multiple platforms
– Coordinate website content updates and maintenance
– Create and update marketing materials
– Support social media management
– Process marketing support requests
– Maintain brand consistency
– Coordinate tradeshow materials
– Manage digital marketing resources
– Create AI generated content for articles, social posts
– Manage SEO for a few sites
– Provide weekly updates to client
– Update new companies with client brand guidelines
– Develop Standard Operating Procedures
Key Requirements
– Available 2-3 hours during US business hours (EST/PST)
– Ability to follow detailed video/written instructions independently
– Quick learner comfortable with new tools and platforms
– Strong attention to detail
– Experience with content management systems
– Basic graphic design skills
– Digital asset management experience
– Project coordination capabilities

Required Skills
– Digital asset management (logos, business cards, trade show materials, Sharepoint)
– Project management and communication tools (managing requests coming to marketing helpdesk, using Monday.com, Slack for internal communications)
– Great graphic design capabilities (Canva)
– Ability to respond to requests, write good client emails (you will have an assigned company email)
– Content development (press releases, AI driven content)
– Social media management (LinkedIn) – you will manage a company page
– Some Seo Knowledge (Seo Reports, Content for ranking)
– Ability to learn new platforms quickly (New AI tools to improve output)
– Written and video instruction comprehension
