Key responsibilities
As an Accounting Manager, you will ensure accurate accounting management of your properties, tracking all monthly transactions and operations for properties, subsidies, and banks. You will prepare monthly management reports and detailed quarterly reporting. You will work in both real estate cost accounting and French general accounting.
Key Responsibilities:

Mandate Accounting:

Managing a portfolio of properties and ensuring accurate property management accounting for condominiums.

Adapting the chart of accounts and transferring entries in the format requested by the client.

Preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports in coordination with the client’s accounting department.

Managing bank accounts.

Calculating and preparing reimbursements.

Invoicing and fee control.

Tenant Accounting:

Preparing rent invoicing (in collaboration with the Property Manager).

Supervising tenant payments (no entry required).

Responding to calls, letters, and emails related to accounting inquiries.

Calculating and invoicing service charge settlements (in collaboration with the Property Manager).

Addressing tenant, landlord, and accounting firm requests or concerns.

Supplier Accounting:

Monitoring and paying taxes.

Supervising supplier payments (automated entries).

Base salary depending on your experience.

Salary range: Rs. 75k – Rs. 100k.

Candidate Selection Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree or BTS in Accounting, Management, Real Estate, or equivalent qualifications.

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in accounting, finance, or management control.

Excellent command of written and spoken French is required.

Strong proficiency in Excel.

Analytical and synthesis skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong interpersonal and writing skills.

Autonomous and self-driven.

Work condition:

Monday to Friday: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.

No operations on public holidays in Mauritius.

Up to 2 days of remote work per week after 6 months of on-site work.

3-month probation period.
