Key Responsibilities

Innovate: Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.

Present with Confidence: Clearly and confidently present insurance options to clients, helping them make informed decisions.

Relationship Management:

Be a Trusted Advisor: Offer ongoing support and guidance to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns with expertise and empathy.

Policy Reviews: Regularly review and update insurance policies to ensure they continue to meet clients’ evolving needs.

Compliance and Documentation:

Stay Compliant: Ensure all transactions and interactions comply with industry standards and company policies.

Maintain Accuracy: Keep detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Efficient Processing: Complete and submit paperwork and applications efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications
Experienced Professional: Proven experience as an insurance agent
Licensed: Property & Casualty state insurance license required.
Knowledgeable: Comprehensive understanding of various personal or commercial lines insurance products and services.
Analytical Thinker: Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Educated: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
