Key Responsibilities
Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates for multiple positions across various industries.
Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and fit for job openings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Utilize online platforms and job boards for proactive candidate sourcing and outreach.
Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
Prepare and present candidate profiles to clients, highlighting their key skills and attributes.
Requirements
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
