Poste proposé : Corporate Service Specialist – Remote
We are looking for a Corporate Service Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Business Development: – Identify and target potential African businesses that can benefit from GDL’s services. – Conduct market research to understand the needs and challenges of African businesses looking to export and trade in the USA. – Convert leads to Clients – Meet and exceed KPI Targets 2. Client Relationship Management: – Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders in African businesses. – Provide consultative support to clients, helping them understand how GDL’s services can enhance their operations and market reach. – Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Service Coordination and Execution: – Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to African businesses. 4. Marketing and Promotion: – Represent GDL at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our services and network with potential clients. – Develop strategies to promote GDL’s offerings and attract new business. 5. Reporting and Analysis: – Prepare reports on market trends, customer feedback, and service performance. – Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.

Profil recherché pour le poste : Corporate Service Specialist – Remote
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field. MBA is a plus. • 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or logistics, preferably within an international context. • Understanding of the African business landscape and export processes is a plus. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. • Few national and international travel may be required
