JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee and manage relationships with key clients. This role involves ensuring client satisfaction, managing project timelines, and identifying opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts and ensure all client needs are met efficiently.
Managing relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels
Understanding clients’ needs and proposing appropriate solutions
Overseeing project delivery, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met
Communicating with internal teams to ensure tasks are executed effectively
Preparing regular reports on account performance and updates for clients
Identifying upsell opportunities and areas for growth within existing accounts
Addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that arise in a timely manner
Monitoring trends and client data to suggest improvements and optimize processes
