About the Role:
As a Staffing Account Manager, you will be identifying and qualifying clinicians to support our staffing goals. Our SAMs are responsible for onboarding and obtaining clinician’s availability to support site teams in preparing hospital schedules. A successful SAM will develop and maintain strong working relationships while expertly managing our temporary labor cost.
The Details: This is a remote opportunity. Role may require limited travel (
7 trips per year).
In this role, you will be responsible for:

Active ownership in communications with all temporary clinicians to fill gaps on schedules, including confirming shifts and creation of confirmation detail letters

Temp Labor Sourcing and Qualifications Review

Liaison for temp labor orientations and clinical shifts to build and maintain hospital staffing schedules

Attending all local and regional calls and representing the Staffing Department in a professional manner

Partnering with Echo Recruiters to identify new incoming clinicians as well as maintaining ongoing relationships with active temporary clinicians

Developing successful relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and with clinicians to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the customer

Providing a consultative approach to removing barriers and identifying solutions

Partnering with field operations to drive down and manage temporary labor costs

Forecasting, evaluating, and managing clinician roster and bench

Auditing staffing success, KPIs, and escalating areas of concern and mitigating risk

Ensuring the accuracy of temp payroll and timesheets

Training and maintaining a dotted line relationship with Practice Coordinators and Managers regarding the staffing functions

Managing 3 Party vendor relationships

Maintaining an active roster with 4/1 ratio for Open FTE’s and 1 per each FTE in Staffing Model

Accountable for accurate available to schedule dates (ASDs) for the labor you manage

Evaluating W2 Contractual Shift Obligations monthly

On-Call: SAM will handle any staffing emergencies that may arise after business hours, to the best of their ability

Managing SAS Terms/Non-starts/Deactivations

Educating temp labor process for new Practice managers and Coordinators

Maintaining site schedule needs during periods of PC and PM attrition

Monitoring current process to ensure Practice Managers are following processes

SME’s of process and technology (Temp Labor process, Shift Admin, Salesforce)

Escalating systemic process breaks to Director of Operations

Escalation of process not being followed to Medical Director/RMD

Partnering with practice managers to guide them through scheduling best practices

Responsibility for and knowledge of temp labor budget b-i-weekly review of BTR tool and uses to make decisions on forecasting temp labor needs

Pay: This position offers an annual salary range of $60,000 to $88,000. The starting salary will fall between $60,000 and $65,000, taking into account the candidate’s experience, location, and the nature of the program being supported.
