Our client is an industry leader in the illuminated advertising industry. (neon lighting) While making great illuminated ads, they also work with famous artists to create abstract neon objects, sculptures and limited edition artworks.
Right now they are seeking fluent German speakers to provide assistance to their customers throughout the purchase process.
So on a daily basis your main activities will be;
Receiving customer online orders
Interpret and make sure the client’s request is fully understood including all specifications
Coordinate all aspects around the order – price, quality, quantity, payment terms, delivery time, etc…
Following up on orders and ensuring correct and timely delivery
Looking for suitable solutions in case of problems (after care)
Administrative follow-up and processing the orders in the
purchasing software system
Taking care of the invoicing
Ensuring an excellent relationship with the suppliers
Requirements:
Fluent German and a good level of English
Good PC skills and familiarity with standard software products
Pro-activity and good time management
Be customer focussed
Excellent communication skills – written and spoken
Ability to think analytically and problem solve
Positive thinking 🙂
