Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist with near-native proficiency in French to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting and selling electric vehicles (EVs) across European markets, with a particular focus on France and French-speaking regions. This role requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills in French, and a deep passion for eco-friendly transportation.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the electric vehicle market, especially in French-speaking regions. Engage with potential customers and partners, and close deals to drive revenue growth.

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, dealerships, and partners. Provide exceptional customer service in French, understanding and responding to client needs with tailored solutions.

Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. Identify opportunities for expansion, particularly in French-speaking countries.

Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company’s electric vehicle products and effectively communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points to potential clients in French.

Lead Management: Handle incoming leads, qualify prospects, and guide them through the sales process in French, ensuring successful deal closures and long-term customer satisfaction.

Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking: Track sales metrics, including pipeline development, conversion rates, and revenue targets. Provide insights and suggestions for improving performance.

Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, technical, and customer service teams to align sales strategies and deliver a seamless experience to customers, especially in French-speaking markets.

Qualifications:

Language Skills: Near-native proficiency in French is essential for this role, as you will be managing relationships and sales primarily in French-speaking markets. Fluency in English is also required.

Sales Experience: 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive, electric vehicle, or related industries. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Communication & Negotiation Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and close deals in French-speaking markets.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online sales platforms. Knowledge of electric vehicle technology is a plus.

Self-Motivated & Target-Driven: A proactive and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales and the ability to work independently while driving towards sales goals.
