Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager remote from Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, or Hong Kong with a master’s degree or higher to lead client engagements and manage project execution. You will be responsible for ensuring successful implementation of technology solutions and fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand their system requirements and process flows.
Coordinate feasibility assessments and solution evaluations with development teams.
Clearly communicate client needs, system functionalities, and project timelines.
Lead the planning and implementation of smart manufacturing solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
A master’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or a closely related field.
Proven experience in project management and system implementations.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Mandarin fluency is essential, with preference given to candidates from Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, or Hong Kong.
Familiarity with the electronic appliances industry (3C electronics) is a strong advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for building and maintaining client relationships.
Strong leadership abilities, capable of steering teams through complex projects and encouraging collaboration.
Detail-oriented, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely project completion.
Keen to understand client needs and develop custom solutions to support business success.
Adaptable, open to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement in project management practices.
