The Project Manager oversees the execution of marketing initiatives for the client’s expanding network of locations. This detail-oriented role requires a self-motivated, organized individual who can manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM systems, vendor management, and the ability to dive into projects hands-on, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Responsabilites:
Oversee HubSpot workflows and ensure marketing tasks are executed efficiently.
Manage the rollout of locations, from direct mail campaigns to Facebook ads and HubSpot setup.
Lead bi-monthly marketing calls, assign action items, and track completion.
Work closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services, including direct mail, Google Ads, and website edits.
Monitor and manage Google My Business, Google Ad campaigns, Facebook ads, and pricing strategies.
Oversee website updates.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineer or similar.
3+ years of experience managing projects, with a focus on marketing, CRM, or related fields.
Experience managing vendors and ensuring the successful delivery of services.
Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Experience working directly on projects, including HubSpot workflows and quality-checking vendor outputs.
