Senior HR Manager – Industrial (Hybrid Remote Work OK)
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager for a leading company in the semiconductor and chemical industries in Tokyo.
This is a team management role with strategic decision-making responsibility.
Our client also offers remote / flexible work options.
Responsibilities:
– Lead & manage a HRBP team.
– Employee relations, talent management, and performance improvement.
– Provide strategic advice on organizational design, effectiveness, talent management, succession planning, and employee development.
– Lead change management initiatives.
Qualifications:
– 10 years+ of experience in human resources.
– Experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, and training.
– Change management skill.
– Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
– Experience working in industrial, semiconductor, or chemical industries (preferred, but not mandatory).
– Must be fluent in Japanese.
