Italian Speaking Technical Support Engineer
Location: Budapest (HQ in 9th district)
Service Window: M-Fri 7.00 AM – 7.00 PM – 2 office days per week
Training period (3-4 weeks): 4-5 office days
Requirements:
High School degree
Fluent Italian (close to native level) skills
Upper-intermediate English skills
Residence permit or EU citizenship
Min. of 2 years of experience in solving IT problems
Flexible, and dynamic personality
Customer-centricity mindset, and problem-solving skills
If you join them, your responsibilities will be:
Deliver comprehensive support for applications and IT infrastructure
Assist with mobility support and asset lifecycle management
Provide high-level remote technical support and issue resolution
Document and track issues in the ITSM tool with precision
Support team members with Level 1 queries and manage incidents and requests
Offer insights for improving internal processes, workflows, and service quality
Ensure exceptional customer service and tackle additional project tasks as assigned
