Positions in this function are responsible for assisting in the selection and marketing of network strategies by providing analytical support and clearly communicating with internal departments on customer requirements and network advantages. This includes analysis of network data including review of data available; completion of required reports; coordination with external partners for information not currently available; and delivery of the network solution and supporting documentation. Positions in the Function are responsible for providing technical assistance surrounding collection and maintenance of our network data.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide support to Network Reporting team by:

Leverage network demographic and discount information to complete reports in support of sales and account management

Provide recommendations to sales teams on available network products

Assisting in non-standard requests and producer specific templates; including developing process and procedures

Manage necessary data for team to perform tasks

Assist in management reporting of team and book of business metrics

Apply knowledge/skills to a range of moderately complex activities

Review customers and/or prospective customers’ geographic locations to recommend optimal network solutions

Review RFP requirements and complete necessary reports and documentation to support recommended network solutions

Demonstrate great depth of knowledge/skills in own function

Provide feedback to internal functions about any rules, guidelines and strengths or weaknesses with our networks that may impact desired network solutions

Review and communicate as needed demographic and discount information needed to determine network recommendations within the team and with the sales team

Provide guidance to internal functions regarding reporting capabilities surrounding network requests

Sometimes act as a technical resource to others within our function

Provide analytical support to the Network Specialists in reviewing and explaining renewal recommendations

Provide analytical support to the Network Administrators in preparing for customer presentations, new network reviews, and network recommendations surrounding non-standard RFP reviews

Explain and answer questions related to our standard network reports supporting our recommended network solutions

Works with team to solve complex problems

Coordinates with management and other team members to develop answers to non-standard RFP questions

Supports business unit in updating and analyzing network demographic and claim information as needed

Plan, prioritize, organize and complete work to meet established objectives

Coordinate with sales functions to ensure network requests are completed within our standard timelines

Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED (or higher)

1+ years of experience in network analysis

Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Access

Preferred Qualifications:

Quest Analytics experience

Soft Skills:

Strong oral and written communication skills

Demonstrates sound decision making, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently while handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Able to prioritize, plan, organize and manage work effectively in a team environment
