Telesales (Female)
We are looking for a dedicated Telesales Specialist to contact leads generated by our team and convert them into subscribers. Your role will be crucial in cold calling, following up with prospects, answering their inquiries, and guiding them through the subscription process. Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people are key.
Responsibilities:
Contact and engage with leads
Answer inquiries and explain the value of our App
Follow up consistently with prospects until sales are closed
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in our CRM
Assist customers through the subscription process
Close sales and generate referrals from satisfied customers
Skills
Bachelor’s degree of any course or equivalent experience
2-5 years of B2C sales experience i
Proven track record in sales achievement;
Passionate and self-motivated;
Must have good sales and negotiation skills;
