i1x is a venture studio that builds capital-efficient B2B companies focused on sales and marketing technology. We’re seeking an exceptional sales leader to join as Head of Sales with co-founder potential across our portfolio of B2B SaaS and agency ventures.
The Role:
You’ll lead sales strategy and execution across multiple B2B ventures, with the opportunity to take significant ownership in the ones you help scale. This is not just a sales role it’s a chance to co-build multiple companies from the ground up.
What You’ll Do:

Design and execute sales strategies for B2B SaaS products and agency services ranging from EUR 500-50,000+ ARR (depending on experience)

Build and manage multiple sales pipelines using a data-driven approach

Develop partnerships with key stakeholders across US and/or European markets

Contribute to product strategy based on market feedback

Scale successful initiatives across our portfolio companies

What We’re Looking For:

Proven track record selling B2B SaaS or professional services (EUR 750K+ annual revenue)

Experience building sales processes from scratch

Strong understanding of European B2B markets

Ability to sell both self-service products and enterprise solutions

Independent mindset with excellent remote collaboration skills

Additional European languages are a plus

Compensation Structure:

Base Salary: €24,000-78,000 (based on experience and location)

Performance Bonus: Up to 100% of base salary tied to revenue targets

Equity: 3-15% ownership in ventures you help scale (vesting over 4 years)

Commission: Progressive structure on direct sales (5-15%)

First 6 Months:

Reduced base salary with accelerated commission structure

Clear KPIs for transition to full compensation

Initial equity grant upon reaching milestones
