A leading company in the FMCG sector is looking for a Financial Planning Manager. You’ll play an important role in business planning and strategy, and you’ll lead & develop junior team members.

– Develop & coach team members.
– Create detailed business forecasts; provide strategic recommendations
– Analyze KPIs and consumer behavior, focusing on volume, market share, and competitive insights.
– Respond to changes in regulations.

Qualifications:
– 7-8 years of relevant finance experience
– Experience with business planning & demand forecasting
– Experience with consumer goods or FMCG (preferred)
– Experience working in a multinational company (preferred).
– Must be fluent in Japanese.
