The Opportunity:
We are currently in search of an enthusiastic and dedicated Call Center Agent (Remote) to join our expanding team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. This is an entry-level position, and we provide comprehensive training to ensure you are well-equipped to handle our clients’ needs.
Job Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and address the customer’s queries and issues.
Document customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure effective client communication and problem resolution.
Follow up with customers when needed, to ensure their needs have been met.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
Desired Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience in a customer support role is preferred.
Strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs and priorities.
Nice-to-Haves:
Previous experience in a remote work setting.
Experience with CRM systems and practices.
Knowledge of call center telephony and technology.
