What You’ll Do as a Product Owner

Lead a team of developers, designers, and QA engineers to make FileWave’s remote device management tools better, every day

Own the product backlog: prioritize features, set goals for each sprint, and keep things running smoothly

Actively gather feedback from customers to keep improving the product

Run planning and refinement sessions to align the team on goals and keep development on track

Track product metrics and use that data to make informed improvements and decisions

What We’re Looking For

5+ years as a Product Owner or in similar roles

Strong technical background—ideally, you started out as a developer or similar role—and experience with Agile and Scrum

Leadership qualities that work well in a flat hierarchy; you’re proactive, collaborative, and approachable

Skills for balancing people and product needs

Data-centric and customer-focused approach

Fluent English
