Documents & Records Management Advisor (Remote)

Required job experience: preferable 3 to 5 years of proven experience in the discipline
Duties:
Carry out document management activities, including use of COMPANY’s Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). This includes, but not limited to:
Full document lifecycle management
Work with internal and 3rd party stakeholders
Work with project, technical, business process, etc. documentation
QA / QC activities for documents
Carry out records management activities, including use of COMPANY’s Records Management System (RMS)
Full records lifecycle management – both electronic and physical
Work with internal and 3rd party stakeholders
Maintain file plans and its implementation
Manage physical items up to their storage in a physical archive
Provide EDMS / RMS workflow support for end-users
Engage with Business to work on business processes and provide advice for documents and records handling
Conduct awareness sessions and training
Work in accordance with established procedures and guidelines to perform required tasks
Lead the development and maintain actuality of technical documentation
Produce periodical reports on own area of expertise to the Information Management Dashboard and KPI`s.
