Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
Trip Planning: Research and recommend travel options, including flights, hotels, tours, and activities.
Booking Management: Handle all aspects of travel bookings, including reservations, ticketing, and confirmations.
Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel, addressing any inquiries or issues that arise.
Itinerary Creation: Develop detailed itineraries that include transportation, accommodations, and activity schedules.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date on travel trends, industry news, and new destinations to provide clients with the best options.
Sales and Upselling: Promote additional services and travel packages, aiming to exceed sales targets and enhance client experiences.
