Our client is an e-commerce brand incubator, expanding at over 100% year-over-year, driven by an ambitious and relentless Australian CEO living in Spain. Their mission is to grow our e-commerce brands to $100m in revenue within 5 years, and we’re scaling fast, which means we need the right people on board who can keep up with this rapid growth and intense pace.
Responsibilities: * Organizational Mastery: You need to be incredibly organized and be able to learn and leverage organizational tools for your job. This includes mastering platforms like ClickUp and then managing the CEO’s workspace to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Talent Procurement: A huge part of this role is the ability to find, vet, and oversee deliverables from talent. For example, if the founder needs a freelance email marketing manager for a DTC project, you go out there on LinkedIn Recruiter, reverse engineer some high-performance agencies’ teams, outreach to their key players, schedule an interview, and get them consulting for the company.
Calendar & Email Management: Not just organizing, but actively managing the CEO’s schedule to maximize productivity and ensure priorities are being addressed.
Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up: Join every call, take detailed notes, and ensure action items are documented and executed. You are responsible for making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Project Coordination: You will be involved in multiple projects at once, ensuring deadlines are met, coordinating with other team members, and keeping the CEO informed of progress.
Communication Management: Act as the gatekeeper for communication, ensuring the CEO’s focus is on what matters most. This includes drafting emails, handling inquiries, and prioritizing messages.
Problem Solving: Anticipate roadblocks and proactively find solutions. You’re expected to identify issues before they become problems and take steps to resolve them.
Requirements * No Slow Computers: If you have a slow computer and it’s going to freeze up when you do screenshare on a call—do not apply.
Detail-Oriented, Relentless, Aggressive: You thrive on getting things done—not just checking boxes, but figuring out the most efficient way to achieve results.
Incredibly Proactive: You join calls with the CEO, document everything, anticipate needs, and create action plans. You’re not a spectator; you’re a driver.
Comfortable with High Pressure: The environment is fast-paced, intense, and often chaotic. You’re someone who finds excitement in challenge and thrives when there’s a lot going on.
Tech-Savvy: You love technology, and you’re not afraid to lead. If you are not currently using ChatGPT for most stuff in your role, do not apply. The dinosaurs went extinct a long time ago, and we do not need any in our company.
Ambitious Growth: You want to grow with the company, maybe even into a COO or CEO role someday. You see yourself as a future leader and are excited by the opportunity to advance alongside a fast-growing organization.
