Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates in the Croatian language to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture.
Develop engaging job postings and reach out to potential candidates effectively and persuasively.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact with candidates to the offer stage.
Provide candidates with insights about the job market and tips for a successful application.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to share best practices and improve existing processes.
Requirements
Fluent in Croatian and English, both written and spoken.
Strong understanding of consumer services industry trends and recruitment challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
