Requirements
Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English.
Previous experience in account support or a related field is advantageous.
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Excellent problem-solving abilities to address diverse client inquiries.
Able to work independently in a remote setting while being part of a team.
Proficient in using digital communication tools and platforms.
