About the Hiring Company:
Fast-growing Marketing Agency – Seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Manager to thrive and grow alongside our regional team of 34!
Job Responsibilities
Recruitment (80%)
Collaborate with the management team to define the company’s organizational structure.
Lead the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
Prepare job descriptions (JDs) tailored to each role.
Post job openings & actively source candidates.
(including University recruitment, Job fairs, freelancers & influencers).
CV screening, scheduling & hosting interviews.
Preparing offer letter & employment contract.
Provide periodic hiring status reports to the management team.
Other HR operation support (20%)
Oversee staff onboarding & orientation processes.
Assist the finance team with salary & commission calculations.
Maintaining records of staff off-days, MC & annual leave applications.
Conduct performance appraisals for all staff.
Update & maintain HR policy documents.
Enhance our employer branding within the industry.
Tech-savvy enough to be hands-on with the following:
Manage social media accounts for job postings (LinkedIn, Facebook, job boards, etc.).
Oversee the company’s official HR email communications.
Administer internal HR software and provide training to staff on its use.
Update the career recruitment section on the company website.
The Successful Candidate
Minimum Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
6 to 10 years of relevant experience.
At least 3 years of experience in a management role within a fast-paced, rapidly growing company.
Experience working in recruitment agency is a plus.
Specializes in recruitment, with strong generalist HR skills.
Native in both English & Chinese.
An extroverted recruiter with excellent communication and engagement skills.
