German Speaking Service Desk Representative
Location: Budapest (HQ in 9th district)
Service Window I.: M-F 6AM – 6PM – 1 days per month
Training period (4 weeks): 1-3 office days per week
Requirements:
High School degree
Fluent German language skills
Upper-intermediate English skills
Residence permit or EU citizenship
Experienced in IT suppot/ Service Desk
Flexible, and dynamic personality
Customer-centricity mindset, and problem-solving skills
If you join them, your responsibilities will be:
Supportig one of our client’s key bussines partner
Addressing clients’ IT problems
Managing end-user inquiries through various channels, including tools, phone, and email
Maintaining accurate records and administrative tasks, including call logging in the ticketing system
Escalating issues beyond your scope to the appropriate teams
Ensuring clients are well-informed and taking ownership of ongoing cases with follow-up actions
Running reports on active users on a quarterly basis and verifying with managers.
