Keller is an international executive recruitment company seeking an Administrator with strong accounting background. This role involves working with US-based financial operations and collaborating with an American CPA firm. Currently weighted 70% administration and 30% accounting, with opportunities for the accounting portion to grow over time. Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties (70%):
Manage and respond to email inquiries with professional and timely communication
Handle calendar management and scheduling
Support various administrative tasks and special projects
Track deliverables and maintain project deadlines
Assist with internal and external communication
Identify and implement process improvements
Coordinate team activities and support operations
Some evening work required (up to 7pm) to assist with time-sensitive tasks
Accounting Duties (30%):
Manage US company accounting operations using Xero/QuickBooks
Collaborate with US-based CPA on tax-related matters
Support audit processes and maintain required documentation
Assist with financial forecasting and strategic planning
Prepare financial reports and analyses for decision-making
Handle bookkeeping, accounts payable, and receivable
Support month-end and year-end processes
Help develop financial strategies based on data analysis
Requirements
Proven experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Experience handling email correspondence and responding to client inquiries in a professional manner.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Demonstrated curiosity and initiative to learn—must be tech-focused, with a keen interest in developing new skills.
Willingness to work longer hours when needed, with appropriate compensation.
Hungry for growth, both in business acumen and personal development, with a demonstrated history of self-driven learning through courses, training, or personal projects.
Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
Previous experience with audit processes and documentation
