VAM Systems is currently looking for Network Support Engineer for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets and terms & conditions:
Professional Skills/Experience:
Network and collaboration design for new and existing sites including high- and low-level design
Monitoring, updating, and managing collaboration systems, Billing systems, infrastructure systems and its components including servers, switches, routers, appliances, communication medium, etc..
Resolve collaboration/VoIP, network, and telecommunication incidents, troubleshooting and provide remote support to engineers on-site and end users.
Working closely with ISPs and vendors to resolve escalated Issues
Follow best practices and industry standards to evaluate, improve and enhance current network and collaboration system parameters and component configurations, Provide Systems clean-up, and regular health check
Monitor and analyse network performance including bandwidth utilization, traffic and other measures and provide reporting accordingly
Vulnerabilities check and follow-up cisco announced bugs and updates
System analysis and integration of existing and/or new resources to ensure the maximum optimization of the resources
Collaboration Experience: CUCM, UCCX, unity, Cisco IM and Presence, Cisco Jabber, Imagicle Application Suite, Cisco Prime collaboration, IVR, voice mail, IP Telephony, Voice gateway, codecs, etc…
Infrastructure Experience: Cisco Prime infrastructure, Routing and Switching, PRTG, Cisco ISE, UCS Servers, VM ESXI, WAN/LAN, routing protocols, Visio
Network Security and availability experience: Palo Alto, VPN, Sophos, System Backup, disaster recovery, firewalls, and load balancers
Follow up and keep updated with latest networking technologies that will be adopted in the enterprise
Lead or participate in infrastructure projects
