Key responsibilities

Handle Money Transactions at Branch Level

Accurately process all monetary transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Sole Responsibility for Drawer Money

Maintain sole responsibility for the money kept in the drawer at the branch, ensuring its safety and accuracy.

Cash Handling Policies

Adhere strictly to the company’s policies on cash handling and handover procedures.

Accurate Cash Management

Ensure the correct amount of cash is allocated to the correct account and customer name.

Processing Client Documents

Process client documents efficiently and within the established time limits as per company procedures.

Knowledge of Credit Facilities

Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the credit facilities process, assisting clients with related transactions and inquiries.

Data Protection Act Compliance

Be well-versed in the Data Protection Act, ensuring all transactions and client interactions comply with these regulations.

Communicate the principles and requirements of the Data Protection Act to customers to prevent any mishaps or misunderstandings.

Work condition:

Work hours and remote work options:

Any employee posted in a branch or showroom will be required to work on a shift/rotation basis, either on Sundays for half a day or on Thursdays for half a day, every alternate week or as arranged between the employee and their Manager. Our showroom has two sets of opening hours:

08:30 am – 17:30 pm

09:00 am – 18:00 pm

(For Mall)
For the mall, it will depend on the shift system, which follows the mall’s schedule, with shifts potentially extending up to 10:00 PM.
