We are looking for a fully qualified finance professional with a proven track record of managing successful finance functions directly from the affiliate marketing space to join this highly dynamic and prized affiliate entity. You will be joining a financially stable organisation based in Malta, that is currently going through an excellent organic growth period due to strong performance both locally and internationally, offering you incredible job security and peace of mind. You will be reporting to the board of directors personally giving you astonishing exposure. In time, you will be entrusted to grow to the level of CFO once you have the required experience from within. You will be joining a high-performing organisation from top to bottom whilst leading a strong finance function that comprises both fully and partly qualified finance professionals.
You will be offered an attractive salary with an excellent number of incentives making this role financially attractive. As mentioned above you will have the option to become the CFO, something that is rarely available on the market currently. Your new role will be the perfect mix of strategizing and supporting the board with their growth plans, whilst managing and mentoring the finance function from top to bottom. In this role you will have the option to work remotely from anywhere within Europe – with regular visits to the Maltese head quarters included so you can still maintain that strong company connection and vibe.
You Will:
Manage and mentor the finance function
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and profit share performance reports to different stakeholders
Work with Commercial/Sales to optimise the revenue collection process, and improve reporting accuracy
Experience:
Fully Qualified Accountant with Warrant in hand
Affiliate Marketing exposure is a must
Proven track record of managing successful finance functions holding senior finance positions
Salary / Remuneration: €85,000 – €110,000 – Depending on Experience
