We’re looking for someone with experience on:
-Transcribe and summarize customer interviews with clarity and precision.
-Manage receipts and organize projects to keep operations running smoothly.
-Streamline processes using various software tools.
-Document and delegate tasks to enhance workflow efficiency.
-Handle billing setup and ensure seamless payment processing for clients.
-Facilitate onboarding processes and maintain clear communication across the team.
-Schedule and manage one-on-one meetings to support team alignment and collaboration
-Other Administrative tasks.
-Experience in Project Management is a MUST.
