Compensation: Base salary of $200k+ plus equity.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers to identify and address challenges in deploying containerized workloads, especially for complex jobs (HPC, GPU, ML, AI, etc.).

Design and deploy robust infrastructure solutions tailored to client needs.

Collaborate with development teams to enhance processes and efficiency.

Create and maintain documentation and repeatable processes.

Critical Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Engineering, or Software Engineering.

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (design, deployment, management) across EKS, AKE, and GKE.

Proficiency in cloud-native, multi-cloud, or hybrid architectures, particularly AWS.

Experience designing and implementing customer-facing cloud infrastructure components.

Strong background in Linux-based systems and products.

Proficiency in Go, Python, and Bash.

Ability to assist development teams (e.g., writing integration scripts).

CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions)

IaC (Helm, Terraform)

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes Operators (ECK, Prometheus, Istio, Aerospike).

Experience in HPC engineering and orchestration, including deploying and troubleshooting schedulers in the cloud (Slurm, LFS).

Familiarity with MLOps tools (Kubeflow).

Understanding of FinOps best practices for cost management and cloud optimizations.

Experience with Azure platform operations and support.

Active involvement in Kubernetes and/or Cloud Native open-source communities.

BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
