Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer support in Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) for fitness technology inquiries
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely solutions
Educate clients on product features, usage tips, and best practices
Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure efficient resolution of issues
Participate in training sessions to stay informed on product updates and industry trends
Requirements
Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken
Previous experience in customer support, particularly in technology or fitness industries is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
Genuine interest in fitness and technology
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
