Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to clients from Nordic countries via phone, email, and online chat.
Assist customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating their needs in a timely manner.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and maintain the database accordingly.
Collaborate with the team to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to deliver accurate information.
Contribute to team goals and participate in ongoing training sessions.
Requirements
Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, managing time and tasks efficiently.
Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
