I am currently seeking an experienced Head of Compensation & Benefits on behalf of my client, a leading organization in the decentralized finance space. Job Summary:
As the Head of Compensation & Benefits, you will collaborate with senior leadership to develop a competitive and efficient compensation structure. This role involves partnering on organizational design, driving retention initiatives, and aligning rewards with business goals to maintain a motivated and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation Strategy Leadership: Develop a compensation framework that ensures competitive pay structures while maintaining fiscal responsibility, tailored for the evolving decentralized finance industry.
Organizational Design & Efficiency: Work with senior management to optimize workforce planning and role design, supporting growth and aligning with financial objectives.
Retention & Motivation: Drive strategies focused on talent retention and motivation through compensation, benefits, and career growth opportunities.
Strategic Business Decision-Making: Collaborate with leadership to make data-driven decisions, shaping compensation strategies that align with global growth goals.
Administration & Compliance: Oversee the administration of salary reviews, LTIP, and benefits, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with international standards.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years in a leadership role within compensation and benefits, with a track record of designing and executing global strategies, ideally in a fast-growing tech or fintech company.
Business Acumen & Decision-Making: Proven ability to collaborate with senior management, aligning compensation strategies with broader business goals.
Analytical Skills: Strong mathematical and analytical capabilities to assess market data, trends, and performance metrics for accurate and competitive compensation decisions.
Leadership: Ability to lead and advise on workforce structure and compensation with a strategic focus on both business and employee satisfaction.
