The Software Engineer is responsible for providing Sage 100 programming and technical support for CBIZ enhancements, custom programming and Sage 100.
Essential Functions and Primary Duties

ProvideX programming for Custom Programming projects

Analysis and write-up

Self-Testing of completed programming projects or products

Crystal Report Development

Communication with CBIZ Development Manager on design of programming projects or products

Attend weekly Sage 100 Group meetings

Attend Company-wide mandatory meetings

Periodic Phone / Email Level 2 Support with CBIZ Sage 100 End-Users

Provide updates to the CBIZ Customer Support database.

Provides CBIZ with billing detail for customer billings

Occasional research on new technologies

Performs other related duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, and accounting software.
· ProvideX development language
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

3 years of relevant work experience

Achieve professional certifications relative to area of expertise, must have and preserve required licenses

Must possess analytical skills

Proficient use of applicable technology

Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally

Must be able to travel based on client and business needs

The annual salary target for this job in this market is $85,000-$95,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
