Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Client Support Collaborator (Remote, Negotiable, ID16963):
Provide consultation, guidance, and support to customers regarding queries related to products across various support channels.
Assist customers in resolving issues encountered during the installation and use of Shopify Themes and Apps.
Escalate technical issues or customization requests to the development team and ensure the quality of the solutions provided to customers.
Keep customers informed about the progress and status of their requests.
Offer expert advice on solutions related to eCommerce and Shopify usage.
Collaborate with different internal teams to address customer needs.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirement
Male/Female
Ideally a university student in their third or final year, or between 22-25 years old.
Prior experience in customer support for tech or e-commerce is a plus.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
Minimum 30 hours per week, with required hours from 18:00 to 0:00; 0:00-4:00, or 4:00 – 8:00 (GMT+7) on weekdays. Weekend shifts are optional.
