Fintech Startup is looking for a Strategic Finance/corporate planning professional to join their team.
The revenue has seen consistent growth since its launch. The company is situated in central Tokyo and has a favorable WLB approach, permitting employees to WFH 100% of the week.
Responsiblities and Key Tasks:
-Medium to long term Business Planning and Budgeting
-Monthly financial support
-KPI management and profitability improvement
-Financial Close and Accounting Adjustment
-Business Plan Support

経験・スキル ・4-7+ years of FP&A experience within a multi-national environment
・Strong analytical and reporting skills and ability to translate into business insights.
・Ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively with all levels.
・Strong problem-solving skills, attention to accuracy, and passion for making it better.
