This is a remote position.
We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Intern to join our team and help expand our presence on Upwork & various platforms by identifying and engaging with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients on Upwork based on project requirements.
Craft personalized proposals to clients that align with their needs and our services.
Manage and maintain Upwork profiles to ensure they are optimized and up-to-date.
Track and report on the status of submitted proposals and client communication.
Collaborate with the team to understand service offerings and refine pitching strategies.
Maintain a database of leads and follow up where necessary.
Requirements:
Basic understanding of Upwork and freelance marketplaces.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages.
Excellent research and organizational skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Familiarity with lead generation tools or strategies is a plus.
Availability to dedicate [X] hours per week to the internship.
