We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Virtual Assistant – DME Customer Service/Billing Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential customer service and billing support for Durable Medical Equipment (DME), ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities: * Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about DME products and services, assisting with order placements, and addressing any issues that arise.
Billing Support: Manage billing tasks by processing insurance claims, verifying insurance benefits, and ensuring timely and accurate billing for services rendered.
Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and billing information in our databases.
Coordination: Liaise with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies to ensure a seamless service experience and timely resolution of billing issues.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve outstanding billing matters.

Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the DME or healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of billing procedures and insurance claims processing.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
